In our clients’own words.

I just want to say how very happy we are with you all! I appreciate your patience in waiting, redoing invoices and always communicating with us. And the guys doing the work are fabulous – neat, clean, professional and very pleasant. Floors look gorgeous! I can’t say enough good things about you all!! Don’t hesitate if you ever need a reference!!

Thank you for the information and for all your help. Duffy’s came highly recommended and you certainly lived up to the reputation. For something inherently messy – the mess was very limited. Also, I applaud your communication protocol – its good to always know what to expect. I will definitely use your company in the future.

Brendan, I just want to say thank you to you & the Duffy’s staff for saving the day for us. You were all so accommodating, and the work looks beautiful. I’m afraid I avoid public posting, or I would leave a 5 star review – I hope our personal thanks will suffice, and I hope you’ll share my appreciation with the Duffy’s staff.

Thank you……you guys and your team are real professionals. The floors came out great!! I will highly recommend your services.

The floors look great & the team of workers were extremely thorough. I would highly recommend Duffy’s to other potential clients.

I wanted to let you and Brendan know how pleased we are with the refinishing of our floors. Tony, the crew chief, was a delight to have in our home. He genuinely cared about the job and carried it out in a most courteous and professional manner. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Duffy’s for their flooring needs. Thank you.

I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful job you did at my apt. Truly a professional team from all of the installers, with Declan leading the charge. They were polite, hard working and cleaned up often as we were living there during the work. It was great to see how everyone worked together to come up with the best possible solutions for whatever we encountered once we removed everything down to the floor joists. And you finished ahead of schedule!!!

Same for me Brendan. Ross was amazing. They were very efficient fellas. I heard they are coming back next week. Fair play. Thank you very much.

also wanted to say what an amazing job the team did on our floors! We will gladly work with Duffy’s in the future and will recommend you guys to anyone else in the neighborhood!

Thank you all for a fabulous job!

Joy & I would like to thank you for helping us out – with this repair, which we felt very daunting, and indeed weighed heavily on our (75 year old) spirits! Lol lol! You guys (continue) to ROCK, in our opinion, and we remain your #1 FANS!

We love how the floors came out and couldn’t be happier with the guys and the amazing work they did. We will happily recommend you all to family and friends that ask. Thanks again.

I love my floors! What a professional team Duffy’s has. I wish I had more floors that needed to be finished! Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to the team for a job well done. Thank you.

Beautiful job!! All were professional and on time.

The floors look great. Please thank the team for us.

I’m very pleased with the results. You’re a 5 star company.

Thank you and your team for the excellent work!

Great, thank you very much! The floors look great – looking forward to moving in soon.

Very good service, they seal everything and clean even the walls after finished, dust free! Our floors haven’t been refinished in very long time and we were very pleased with the results. Prices are very reasonable!

We are VERY pleased with our floors. Thanks so much for the floor care information. That is a tremendous help to me. I plan to write a very positive and wonderful review of Duffy’s on Yelp in the coming week. Thanks again for the beautiful floors and the exceptional service you provided.

I am very happy with the outcome and Auris and the other guys that did the work. Very professional, careful and left everything clean and tidy.

Thank you for a terrific job sanding & finishing the floors. They look beautiful! We are happy to provide a reference for your outstanding work at 1125 Park Avenue if you ever need it.

Our floors look great and your entire team was excellent. I’m so happy XX & XX recommended you to me. If I have any friends looking for wood floors I will be sure to pass your contact info to them. Happy New Year and thanks again for your help.

They are truly professionals. They showed up on time every day. Thoroughly prepped home and sealed off every vent and window to minimize dust. Foremen stayed in touch with me every step of the way, even after job was completed. They are truly masters of their craft. Don’t be fooled by amateurs with a lower price that do a quick job and don’t take care about your home. Duffy’s team treated my home as if it was their own. Highly recommend!!

Hi Brendan. I wanted to take a moment and let you know about Sid, his crew and the job they did. they always showed up on time. They covered anything that could be covered to keep the dust off cabinets, doors etc. They were hard working and polite. When the floors were refinished I was amazed at the final result. They looked brand new. You sell a quality service/product and have a staff that makes the finished product great. You can be sure that I will recommend you in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

Thank you so much! I will recommend your services to anyone who need it. We love our floors.

Thank you all for a great experience. I will be sure to recommend Duffy’s to my friends and neighbours.

Thank you for a great job! The floors look awesome.

Re: Commendation on great work. I just want to congratulate you and your flooring business for a job well done. My three bedroom apartment at XX Maspeth has been transformed into a beautiful and livable apartment with a gorgeous oak floor. Your team was lead by Aurimas Jarasius who was so polite and always on time and organized and clean…. and it was amazing when he danced with the buffer!!! He is a great asset to your business.

Thank you Gina. We love the way the floors look and will certainly follow the care plan. It has been a total pleasure to work with you all.

Dear Brendan, I want you to know how much I appreciate you & all your fabulous workers from Duffy! They were caring, careful & did a great job. I so appreciate your standing behind the final outcome & decision, even though time had passed. I thank you s-o-o-o much!

Thank you Katie! The floors are beautiful. The guys did an amazing job and we are so impressed how quickly they were able to complete the process. So much attention to detail! Cheers and thanks again!

Thank you for this information Katie. Still can’t believe how good the floors look. Great job! Cheers.

Dear Mr Duffy, please accept this email as a sincere thank you from Raymond and me for the excellent job your employees did on both our living room and dining room floors. There were some major pet problems on small portions of our floors causing removal and replacement of some of the 12″ pieces. Auris was terrific. He is a hard worker & he definitely knows what he is doing. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with. The other workers who came to our home were also excellent. The floors look beautiful & we are very pleased. I have recommended your company to a few people. Hope they call!

Our parquet floors look just beautiful, almost like new. We have already recommended Duffy’s to two people. Hope they call you! I’m going to thank my cousin for recommending Duffy’s. First I would like to commend everyone involved. From Sid to Aoife to Katie and the guys, everything was done very professionally. I was concerned about the dust and the odor because we have a small parrot. No worry about either. Dust protection was the best. The odor was minimal. Bosco the parrot is fine. Lol…… Thanks again!!!

Floors are gorgeous Katie!! Pls thank your team. I don’t want to walk on them, really beautiful. Thank you.

we found your service to be exceptional. We will recommend you to others moving forward. Thanks again!

Dear Brendan & staff at Duffy’s Floor Services, I want to take this opportunity to express my total satisfaction with my floors. They look beautiful!! Your staff are professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The job took four days. It started with Katie, Auris & Alison. I also had the pleasure meeting Brendan, who stopped by the job one morning. Your firm came highly recommended, and I will recommend Duffy’s to others. Thanks again.

Thanks Aoife – the floors look great, and I’m so happy to have the instructions you sent so I can maintain them properly!

Just want to say how happy I am with the job that just completed at my home. Sid was awesome and handled any issues that came up along the way. The guys were all terrific! Well mannered, responsive & trustworthy. My house was kept very tidy during the process and put back in order to perfection before they left. I was confident that I would have a great experience and thrilled that I did! I told Sid that I have two friends in the area to who I have referred you. Thank you again.

We are all so happy – it is a huge improvement! All of your men were great – very professional and well organized! I can’t thank you enough! I have before and after pictures – but I can only text them since they didn’t come out via email – but you can really appreciate the difference. I honestly never thought it was possible. This house was build around 1904 and I don’t think the previous owners ever did anything with the floors and of course my big family was not kind to them!

everyone said the floors your team did look fantastic! Thank you again.

Duffy’s Floor service is spot on in every phase. Excellent workmanship: they did everything exactly as they said they would. It was a three day job and they informed me each day prior, when they would arrive and estimated finish time. When they were finished, there wasn’t a speck of dirt of dust anywhere and the old, damaged wooden floors look brand new. Excellent office staff: professional, courteous and respond to every question, promptly. They give you ’old school’ professional service. Excellent price: Duffy’s pricing is right. They charge more than the trunk slammers but less than big reputation companies. I highly recommend Duffy’s and will gladly use them again.

Your crew did excellent work, and if you like I have before & after photos that you can use. Again please don’t hesitate to use me as a reference.

The client is very pleased with the floor and the guys were very nice.
