Clean, protected homes
Rooms sealed, vents covered, furniture wrapped — and a dustless system for when it matters most.
About Us
One room ora whole building.
For over 20 years we’ve installed, sanded, stained and restored wood floors across New York — from a single bedroom in Middle Village to complete renovations on Park Avenue.
Our story
Built on referrals.
99% of our work comes from people who’ve seen our floors — a neighbor, a building manager, a designer who’s worked with us before. It’s the thing we’re proudest of.
We’re a full-service hardwood flooring company based in Maspeth, Queens. We handle jobs of every size, from a small repair to a newly constructed building from the ground up, and commercial work for restaurants, offices, showrooms and some of the best-known stores in New York. You’ve probably walked on some of our floors already.
Brendan meets every client at the first consultation and stays involved through to the final coat. Our crews are trained in every aspect of wood flooring — installation, staining, repair, sanding and refinishing — and our office team keeps you informed every step of the way.
