We install every kind of wood floor: prefinished and unfinished, solid and engineered, straight plank, herringbone, chevron, parquet and custom patterns with borders and medallions.
Below the boards we handle the groundwork too — plywood subfloors, self-leveling underlayment, waterproof membranes and soundproofing, where the building or co-op board requires it.

Before a sander is switched on, we seal the work area completely — doors, vents, cabinets and furniture are wrapped and taped so dust stays where it belongs.
For occupied homes and sensitive spaces we also offer a dustless sanding system.

Choose from our standard color chart, or let us mix a custom blend. We apply your shortlisted colors directly to your own floor first, so you see each one in your light, on your wood.
Repairing part of a floor? We blend new boards into old as closely as the wood allows.

We work with all major brands of oil-based and water-based polyurethane, penetrating oils such as Woca and Monocoat, and traditional wax finishes.
Polyurethanes are available in gloss, semi-gloss, satin or matte, and we can recommend low-VOC and green options.

We repair where we can and replace boards where we must. Brendan assesses every floor at the first consultation and explains exactly what it needs to look its best again.

Stairs, landings and transitions get the same care as the main floor — new oak treads and risers, refinished stairs, and thresholds that meet cleanly between rooms.
